Create & Find an Accountability Group

Being in career transition can be lonely and frustrating. Just know that you are not alone. If you have spent time perusing this website, you have quickly learned that there are ample opportunities to network. One way to shift your networking into high gear is to start and/or join an accountability group. Accountability groups are small groups of people with whom you meet on a weekly or monthly basis for support, encouragement and structure. The idea is to hold each other accountable for achieving goals and it can be a powerful and effective way to manage your job search.
